Over the past few months, Baldwin Supply has had some great additions to the teams at the Twin Cities and Fridley branch locations. From full-time new hires to summer interns, you can find 12 new employees working at Baldwin Supply Co.

Since 1920, Baldwin Supply has valued its strong company culture that encourages employees to work hard and also have fun! For over 100 years, our employees have played a significant role in Baldwin's longevity and success in the industry. Our employees have always been given the opportunity to create their own success through the skills and knowledge they have obtained.

These new Baldwin team members each bring in their own unique talents and qualifications that play a huge role in getting the work done. We are so grateful for the new additions to our teams and we look forward to seeing them grow and succeed! Baldwin Supply welcomes our new hires to the team and thanks them for their hard work and efforts to make Baldwin as amazing as it is!

Meet the new faces at Baldwin!

Anthony Chavez

Heavy Belt Department - Belt Shop

Anthony started working at Baldwin in March, joining the Heavy Weight Belt Department as a Fabricator and Installer at the Belt Shop.

Doug Phenow

Inside Sales - Belt Shop

Doug is a new addition to the inside sales team for Baldwin. He started at the beginning of June and will be training for the first few months at the Belt Shop.

Monte Love

Warehouse - Twin Cities

Monte joined the Baldwin team in April working in the Warehouse at the Twin Cities branch.

Andrew Jackson

Warehouse - Twin Cities

Andrew was hired back in April as a Temporary Warehouse Associate for the Twin Cities branch.

Masan Reimann

Zund Department - Belt Shop

Masan Reimman was hired in early May to work in the Zund Department at the Belt Shop.

Jacob Rankin

Light Weight Belt Intern - Belt Shop

Jacob Rankin is a recent Aerospace Engineering graduate from Georgia Tech and has joined the Baldwin Supply Belt Shop as a Light Weight belt Intern this summer. During his time, he will be learning about Baldwin and assisting in the LWB Department.

Tony Mondry

Inside Sales - Twin Cities

Tony was recently promoted to the Inside Sales team at the Twin Cities branch. Prior to his promotion, he was working in the warehouse.

Ethan Williams

Light Weight Belt Intern - Belt Shop

Ethan is a summer Belt Shop intern that joined the Fridley crew in May. He is currently studying Engineering at Iowa State University and will be working with Baldwin in the Light Weight Belt Department over the next few months.

Jacob Saude

Finance Intern - Twin Cities

Jacob is Baldwin's Fiance Intern this summer who is also a Junior at the University of Minnesota majoring in Finance.

Ta Nay Oso

Installer/Fabricator - Belt Shop

Ta Nay started working at the Belt Shop back in February as a temporary Installer/Fabricator and is now an official Baldwin Supply employee.

Russ Kaehler

Automation Specialist - Twin Cities

Russ has recently joined Baldwin as an Automation Specialist at the Twin Cities branch. He brings many years of experience in Power Distribution, Motor Controls, Automation, Motion, and Robotics to our team.

Emily Bachinski

Marketing/Sales Support Specialist - Twin Cities

Emily joined the Twin Cities branch as the new Marketing/Sales Support Specialist this June. She is a recent Business and Marketing graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
