In 1892, fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Frank Hibbing traveled from his home in Duluth, towards what is now known as the Iron Range. Originally in search of land to harvest Timber, he soon discovered signs of extensive ore deposits. By 1893 the Town of Hibbing was named in Franks honor. The vast Iron Ore deposits combined with the development of a bus route between Hibbing and Alice, Minnesota aided in Hibbing’s population growth. This bus route expanded to what we all know as Greyhound Bus Lines. In 2003 Baldwin opened in Hibbing, MN, and later that year purchased Hibbing-based Arrowhead Belt Service. Hibbing’s frontier history and hardworking community made it a great fit for Baldwin's 5th location.

The Hibbing branch serves the greater areas of Northern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin by specializing in power transmission products and conveyors belts while providing top-tier customer service to their customers. Hibbing Branch Manager, Scott Anderson says, “Baldwin Supply has been very supportive over the years and played a large part in our growth. We have a great team here in Hibbing, and it is a pleasure working with everyone.”

Along with Scott Anderson, the branch includes Operations Manager, Josh Knapp; Account Sales Managers, Greg Andrews and Jeff LeDoux; and Inside Sales Representative, Ryan van Dyke. The Arrowhead Belt team includes Supervisor, Dan Goble; Conveyor Belt Technicians, Cory Cole, Joe Meyer, and Mitchell Mann; Arrowhead Belt Crew Members, Darwin Meyer, and John Tendrup; and Warehouse Members, Leon Schultz.
