Baldwin Supply Co., a leading distributor of mechanical power transmission, conveyor belt, and electric motor and control products in the Upper Midwest, is looking for Interns this summer! Baldwin has been independently owned since 1920 and serves a large variety of industries ranging from food/beverage, packing equipment, aggregate/ mining, agriculture to power generation.

Internship Overview
Baldwin Supply has designed an internship opportunity that will provide you with a well-rounded experience that introduces you to all facets of an Industrial Distribution Company. It will provide you with a "hands-on" experience that reflects what professionals do on the job to ensure the necessary and quality services to our customers.

Internship Program Goals and Objectives
During this internship, you will be exposed to detailed aspects ranging from sales to operations and production. It will provide an opportunity and atmosphere in which you may apply academic and practical experience to a hands-on, real-life experience.

Summer 2021 Interns 



Jacob Rankin

Jacob Rankin is a recent Aerospace Engineering graduate from Georgia Tech and joined the Baldwin Supply Belt Shop as a Light Weight belt Intern this past summer. During his time, he learned about BSC and assisted in the Light Weight Belting department.

Ethan Williams

Ethan Williams, spent last summer learning about the functions of BSC and assisted in the Light Weight Belting department alongside Jacob Rankin. At the end of the summer, Ethan returned back to the University of Iowa State to finish working on his Engineering degree.


Jacob Saude

Jacob Saude, was our Finance Intern last summer at our Headquarters location in Minneapolis. Currently, Jacob is finishing up his Junior year at the University of Minnesota, where he is pursuing a degree in Finance.
