GET TO KNOW THE NEW MEMBERS AT BALDWIN

For over 100 years, our employees have played a significant role in Baldwin's longevity and success in the industry. Baldwin Supply employees are encouraged to create their success through the skills and knowledge they have obtained. It is our mission to have inspired team members to perform at their peak, help customers, and help each other.

This year Baldwin Supply added many new talented and driven members to its team across all branch locations. Read and get to know who some of the new faces at Baldwin are below.

Jon Rubendall & Mike Dahl Marshall, Minnesota

Mike and Jon both reside in Marshall, MN, and have a wealth of industry experience. They both have solid relationships across Western, MN. Mike is an Account Sales Manager for the region, and Jon is our Sales Associate, focusing on inside sales and operations. Together they have helped and continue to establish a strong footprint in west-central and south-central Minnesota. 

Scott McElhone Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office welcomed a new Branch Manager, Scott McElhone, in January 2022. Scott has years of experience in Customer Service Management, where he oversaw all aspects of customer service, inventory control/purchasing, S/R, and all returns. 

Brett Dammann Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Sioux Falls also recently welcomed brett to their team. Brett is the newest Inside Sales Representative at the branch.



John Becker Twin Cities

Our Twin Cities office also welcomed, Inside Sales Representative, John Becker. John joined Baldwin Supply's Twin Cities branch at the beginning of May, coming from a solid background in Inside Sales, most recently at Entherm, Inc.


Laura Buhman Twin Cities

Laura joined our Twin Cities office as a Senior Buyer in our Purchasing Department. She has a solid background in purchasing, most recently at Hydra-Flex Inc.



Chris Kautzer Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Chris has recently joined Baldwin Supply as an Account Sales Manager out of the Eau Claire Branch. He brings in many years of industry experience and has been a great addition to the Baldwin team.


Dan Gaulke Appleton, Wisconsin

Dan recently joined Baldwin Supply as an Account Sales Manager out of the Appleton branch. Dan brings decades of experience, and we look forward to his contributions and successes here at Baldwin.
