Hygienic CIP Unit

The Hygienic CIP unit is an autonomous cleaning/rinsing device for each conveyor and can be integrated into the
facility’s water and sanitation system. Habasit's second generation hygienic CIP unit is a plug-and-play system, which can be fitted on almost any conveyor frame with no need for extensive retrofitting.

Adjustable to specific application dimensions
• Spray shaft with sprockets and nozzles, adjustable according actual conveyor width – to clean inside-out right at the
position when dynamic open hinge is opening
• Edge cleaning nozzles – to clean conveyor belt edges
• Outside cleaning tube with nozzles, adjustable according conveyor width – to clean the conveyor surface

TPU Belt Scraper 

Another cleaning product from Habasit is their TPU Scrapers. The TPU Scraper is an essential cleaning tool used on the production line in the food processing industry. The usage of this component includes removing sticky residue from transported goods on the belt. It also prevents spillage and build-up of food, which can then lead to bacterial growth, spread, and contamination.
