The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association dairy show, CheeseCon each year gathers more than 3,000 dairy processing industry leaders and suppliers.

Each year money is raised in donations and this year nearly $340k was raised for dairy education during the Chr. Hansen Championship Cheese Auction.

The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association serves dairy processors and their industry supplier partners as a strong policy advocate, networking hub, and trusted source of education and information. WCMA proudly hosts the renowned U.S. and World Championship Cheese Contests, as well as CheeseExpo and CheeseCon (formerly Cheese Industry Conference).

PEAK 2023

The 2023 Midwest Poultry Show, newly named PEAK, which stands for Profitability, Experience, Advancement, and Knowledge was held in Minneapolis, MN, April 11th-13th.

After 51 fabulous years, The Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF) Board of Directors changed the name of the MPF Convention to PEAK. The PEAK letters represent all the MPF Convention has provided to the poultry industry, plus gives a nod to the exciting future for the organization and its annual event.

Along with a new name comes a new PEAK Show logo as well as a complete rebranding of its colors. The rebranding process began nearly three years ago. It was clear the show had seen tremendous growth and was no longer strictly for the Midwest poultry industry. Attendees and exhibitors come from all across the world to take in the largest trade show and convention in the U.S. that is 100% focused on poultry.

About MPF

The Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF), a 501(c)6 nonprofit organization, was founded in 1971 and held its first convention in Minneapolis in 1972. MPF’s primary purpose is to host an annual convention emphasizing on-farm poultry production. The convention’s goal is to offer cutting-edge information to attendees through a balanced offering of exhibits and educational workshops.
