2025 Affiliated Distributor Field Marketing Summit

As a proud member of Affiliated Distributors (AD), Baldwin Supply continues to benefit from the AD Field Marketing Summit (FMS) program—a valuable initiative designed to strengthen partnerships between AD members and key supplier partners. This event provides an opportunity to network, share ideas, and develop actionable marketing plans for the year ahead.

Since 2017, Baldwin Supply has hosted its own AD Marketing Summit, bringing together our sales team and valued supplier partners. The 2025 AD Field Marketing Summit was held on June 12th at TopGolf, featuring 11 suppliers and more than 40 Baldwin Supply sales and leadership team members. This year’s participating suppliers included, Toshiba, Habasit, PBC Linear, Solve, Accurate Bushing Co., Nachi, Nord, Gates, U.S. Tsubaki, Conveyors Inc., and Hydraulic Technologies. 

Throughout the day, suppliers shared updates, showcased new products, and outlined key initiatives for the coming year. The summit fostered meaningful collaboration, helping strengthen relationships and drive mutual success.

Toshiba highlighted their EQP Global 661 Motor designed for constant speed or inverter duty air-to-air heat exchanger applications found in petrochemical and chemical processing environments. They also discussed the Energy Legislation which goes into effect in June 2027. Also, the Low Voltage Motors (LVM) Tariff Surcharge in effect currently.

Habasit featured their HDS605 RT Low Back Pressure Belt, the latest addition to our plastic modular belt. This belt is designed for material handling and packaging applications, conveying heavier products without the marking or damage caused by friction.

Solve Industrial Motion Group provided an overview of their brand and recent company updates, highlighting the launch of their new website. The updated site offers improved navigation and resources, making it easier for customers to explore their extensive product offerings and learn more about their solutions.

Hydraulic Technologies, focused their presentation on their eSync portable hydraulic multi-point motion control system. This system is a combination of digital actuation and digital control with key features including, a user friendly interface, E-Stop for quick emergency shutdowns, and USB for data-logging post review.

Gates TPU manufactures high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) belts designed for durability and efficiency in demanding industries, including rubber-backed belts used in wood, glass, and ceramic applications.

NORD DRIVESYSTEMS delivers a full range of industrial automation solutions, including MAXXDRIVE gear units, UNICASE parallel shaft gear units, helical bevel gear units, high-efficiency motors, and NORDAC variable frequency drives. Built for heavy-duty environments, their products offer reliable, high-performance solutions for demanding applications.

U.S. Tsubaki shared an overall summary of their extensive products and lines. Their product portfolio includes high-quality roller chains, heavy-duty engineering class chains, precision-engineered sprockets, cam clutches, Power-Lock® shaft-hub locking devices, cable and hose carriers (drag chains), and backstops. Whether it’s preventing reverse rotation, securing shaft-hub connections, or protecting moving cables, U.S. Tsubaki excels in reliability and innovation.

Nachi, gave a complete overview and reintroduction of the Ball and Roller Bearing lines, specifically for Motor applications, ideal for construction, manufacturing, and robotics solutions.

Accurate Bushing Company, home of Smith Bearing, is a trusted manufacturer of precision linear and rotary bearings. They went over their product line including needle bearings, cam followers, and roller bearings designed for durability, smooth operation, and load handling in demanding applications. Known for quality and reliability, Smith Bearing products are used across a wide range of industries, from automation to material handling.
