Exciting Changes at Baldwin Supply

One of my recent articles published in our Baldwin Supplier newsletter, titled "Embracing Change", is just what is happening at Baldwin Supply. I am honored to have worked with Ron Herem for the last 20 plus years, he has been our president since 2009. His leadership is a significant reason for our growth and success. The warm Phoenix sun has been calling his name and his wonderful wife, kids and grandkids all want to spend more time with him. So it's with great appreciation, gratitude, and excitement, that I can report to you that Ron will now be serving as President Emeritus. 

Ron will be living the next three months in the Phoenix area and then will return to MN for the remainder of the year. He will be exiting the day to day operation at BSC but will be staying very active and involved with our broader strategic initiatives. He will continue to be on our management team, our BSC board, serve as a key member of the Affiliated Distributor board and PTDA leadership. He will work with our strategic vendors and will be working together, and in consultation, with our new president Rob LaRue. Ron and Rob have been working together for the last seven years, and Rob has been working with me for the last 38 years. 

I'm excited to have Rob as our president, I am confident that he is ready to take BSC to our next level of success. We are excited to continue to thrive as an independent family business, serving our customers, and strategically growing with our vendor partners.
