The history of Appleton, Wisconsin, dates back to 1835 when the Fox River Valley Indians were the first to settle in the town. The business quickly boomed between the fur trade and paper industry, which gave Appleton its prosperous economic stability.

In 2018, Baldwin Supply saw the opportunity to serve eastern Wisconsin and opened its 10th branch location in Greenville, Wisconsin, right outside Appleton. Belt Fabricator and Installer, Jeff Cady, shares, "I like working at Baldwin because I enjoy making belts and going out in the field on installs. I like seeing my work in the plants and making our customers happy. I also like that Baldwin has a family-like atmosphere and am glad to be once again working with my old coworkers, Jason and Sara.
