Baldwin's Favorite Thanksgiving Recipies
This time of year, all of us at Baldwin Supply want to take the time to thank all of our customers for their business. As a token of our appreciation, here are some Thanksgiving recipes from Baldwin employees as well as a couple famous chefs that we hope might make your Thanksgiving more tasty

Ron Herem’s Brined turkey
Have you ever had dry turkey? Then this recipe is for you!
Combine 8 quarts water with
1qt apple cider
3/4 cup salt
1/3 cup sugar
1onion cut in 8ths
1 carrot
3 stalk celery
1 head of garlic
1/2 bunch rosemary
1/2 bunch sage
6 bay leaves
Brine for 4 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Rinse and dry your turkey then combine the following:
8 Tbs butter
1/2 bunch rosemary
1/2 bunch sage
Rub 1/2 this mixture under the skin, and 1/2 the mixture on the breast of the turkey.
Bake at 350degrees until done.
Penny Hatinen's Thanksgiving Stuffing
2 Bags Sage & Onion or Seasoned (1 Croutons & 1 Crumbled) (usually Brownberry)
1 Medium Onion (diced)
3-4 Ribs of Celery (diced)’
½ C Butter
1# Jimmy Dean Original or Sage Sausage
2 C. Chicken Broth
Water – Add to desired moistness
Chop onion and celery and sauté until soft in butter. Crumble and cook sausage. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add broth and water to moistness you desire.
Bake 45 minutes in a large casserole or 10x14 cake pan.
